Quick and easy Korean spicy stir-fried pork with no marination needed. Everything comes together fast but still delicious for an easy weeknight meal!

Ingredients
400gpork
½onion
1pepper
1green onion
Pinchof roasted sesame seeds - optional
Sauce
½tspgingeroriginal recipe 1 tsp
1Tbspmaesil
1 ½Tbspminced garlicoriginal recipe 1 Tbsp
3Tbspgochujang
2Tbspwater
1Tbspsoy sauce
Instructions
In a large bowl, mix the sauce ingredients together. Set side.
Slice the onions and pepper. Chop the green onion into long strips. Cut the thin pork slices into bite size pieces.
Add the pork pieces into the large sauce bowl. Massage and mix the meat with the sauce so the marinade evenly coats the meat.
Toss in the onions, pepper and green onion.
Heat a medium frying pan on medium heat, once warm, add in the pork mixture. Slowly mix the pork on the frying pan, increase the heat to high and allow the meat to cook evenly. Continue to cook until the meat is cooked through and lightly caramelized.
Optional - top with sesame seeds.
Serve with a bowl of hot rice and some perilla leaves or lettuce to wrap the meat in!
